Last week of cutting!!!

7 wks off (broken elbow!)
ok ok, so its my last week of cutting. im NOT cutting for competition, but just to change things up. This is my last week and i am going to start gaining again for the summer. What are some of the things you guys do on the last few days of cutting (diet wise). Something that you wouldnt do for an extended period of time, but something that sheds a few pounds in the closing days. Ive heard that you can do a keto diet on the last few days or whatever. Just give me some ideas for the last few days that will give me a "umpf" before gaining.

theres not really anything you can do to accelerate fast loss in one week. But a good tip so you dont gain the fat back immediately is spend 2 weeks eating at maintenence or slightly above it, dont jump from 2000 calories to 4000 calories overnight.

yeah i didnt plan on hitting it all at once...even though im dieing to over here. but thanks for the advice. ill think about getting some pics up here once the cut is totally thru.
 
i wouldnt go off of what a certian person does, but use your own body weight and how easily you gain and lose to be a guide. but i personally am taking in roughly 2200-2400 cals a day. compared to my 5000 while gaining. since jan. i went from about 215lbs to 180lbs. I WANT TO EAT SOME FREAKIN FOOD MAN!!! but yeah thats what i do.
