7 wks off (broken elbow!)
ok ok, so its my last week of cutting. im NOT cutting for competition, but just to change things up. This is my last week and i am going to start gaining again for the summer. What are some of the things you guys do on the last few days of cutting (diet wise). Something that you wouldnt do for an extended period of time, but something that sheds a few pounds in the closing days. Ive heard that you can do a keto diet on the last few days or whatever. Just give me some ideas for the last few days that will give me a "umpf" before gaining.
