Late night work outs....HELP

Whats up everyone just needed some advice on what to eat after a late work out. I lift from about 9:30 PM-11:00 PM and i go to sleep around 12-12:30AM what do you guys reccomend i eat as my PWO nutrition????Something that wont make me gain unwanted weight.... Thanks
 
i have the same problem, being that i get out of the gym at around 10pm. Im taking a weight gainer shake with about 600 cals, 60 grams of protein carbs etc... Im only doing this bc i got it for free, but from what i've heard i get the impression that its ok to take in alot even if it is late as your PWO nutrition is vital.
 
just have a protein shake
you can have a bigger breakfast in the morning but you dont want food to sit in your stomach overnight

well I kinda agree but i would say get something light in. then if its a shake or a small portion of food. i think it dosent matter. it more important to get something in then to not eat carbs in the evening.
