Lateral head of tricep - how to really target?

Hi everyone - as per the title.

I need to bring that part of the tricep up - i think i have a bigger long head than lateral head and would like some more size on the lateral head.

I know people will no doubt say you cant isolate different parts of the tricep - however there are certain exercises which place more emphasis on the lateral head as opposed to the other 2 heads.

Which work the lateral head in your opinion?

You are correct, isolation is difficult because it comes down to genetics. Just work your triceps and see what you can do with them. My favorite is the Kickback. Weighted dips is also a good exercise.
 
Like DLC said, you cant really isolate one part of a muscle. You train the whole muscle, how it grows is dependant on genetics. If you want big tris you need to do:


Reverse grip bench press
Close grip bench press
Weighted dips
Skull crushers
