Latest Blood Test - Please Interpret My Results

-Concerned about high total estrogen and estrone
-Regular e2 and sensitive look good to me, and very close in value
-What is the difference between the Direct Free Testosterone and the Free Testosterone measures?

10mg test prop ED, 300-350iu HCG E3D, no AI, supplement micronzed 75mg Pregnenolone and 25mg DHEA daily. This bloodtest was taken the day before my next HCG shot.

I am considering a restart. I have responded well to clomid in the past.
Reasons for considering restart
-Fertility concerns
-Lower semen volume and longer refractory period while on TRT
- Dependence on drugs and constant monitoring of blood levels
-Want to see if I can maintain test levels of 600 on low dose clomid. Prior to TRT I was mild secondary hypo with test levels in the high 400's. I have reasons to believe stress and other factors at the time caused my low t symptoms to surface and that most of it wasnt caused by low t to begin with.

Why would you go on TRT if you were in the upper 400's only to get yourself to 650?

How long have you been on TRT? The longer on the harder it will be for a restart to be successful.

In am guessing the different Free's are different assays. One is probably more accurate than the other. In fact, one may just be a calc.

Everything looks good. I wouldn't get too worried about your total estrogen and estrone since your Estradiol is fine.

How old r u again?
You have a lot of threads going..
I'm dizzy from all the talk of clomid and Estradiol levels in this place.

Been on TRT for two years. I have dialed down my TRT doses during the past few months to see if I feel any different. Honestly I don't feel much difference between being the 600 level now vs when I was in the 1200 range except small differences in strength. Age 26 which is why I am looking into a restart.

For Reference here are my blood test from a month ago:

EXACTLY!!!
You hit the nail in the head.
I felt the same thing as well.

Given my situation, would you recommend a restart? I am thinking of a 3 week hcg only phase followed by serms.

It seems like most people dose hcg really high when they try to come off trt, like 1-2000iu 2-3x a week. Do you think I can get by with 500iu E2D for 3 weeks to kickoff my restart?

You have been on TRT for two years. I am thinking the restart ship has sailed. You can try though if you like. I would probably run hCG for more than 3 weeks though after two years of shutdown.

I was shut down for 2.5 yrs. ..
Modest amounts of hcg (1000-1500 iu/ week) keep me at roughly 500 ng/dl. Without it I was at 288 ng/dl....
Who knows.

There is no 3 weeks of this or that. You need to get to at least 500 ng/dl TT with HCG to be in good shape before beginning SERMS.

Current protocol is 10mg test prop ED, 300-350iu HCG E3D. So about 700iu HCG per week. No AI needed at the moment.

If I kick off my restart with 500iu E2D, that would be slightly over 1500iu HCG per week. Do you think I will need an AI at this dosage? If so, I was thinking 0.25mg E2D. I was thinking of getting labs after 3-4 weeks to see if I am ready for the SERM phase.

Sounds like a reasonable dose...
Either or ( HCG/A.I.) can be dosed E2D -E3D. ...
Dont start the a.i. too quick though start it E3D till you know estradiol is climbing.
Ideally you need labs to confirm whats what before adjusting meds.
