What are the laws on powders?

Im thinking along the lines of Suspension and the laws in the UK, I know our shit isnt half as bad as the US's, shoot me a PM if you need to.

In the US, all powders/suspensions/compounds are shchedule III controlled substances. It is legal to purchase products such as fina and syno, but it a felony to use it for any other reason than what it was intended for. So, after you convert it - then it is illegal to possess.

Also in the US, if they can get enough evidence they can even charge you with 'intent to possess'.
