Lean Bulk Cyp/EQ/Pinn Dbol

Yo, gonna be keeping a log so i can track my lifts and any advise i can get from you guys.

Little back round info. This will be my 3rd cycle. First cycle with another compound besides test. My last cycle was while on was deployed to afghan running 600mgs/wk testc. Still made some great gains and learned alot about my body.

Stats:

25 yrs
HT: 5'10
WT: 213
BF: 17%

Basically looking to drop 5% bf and make some good lean gains.

Planned Cycle:

Test C 750mgs - 375mgs 2x wk - 20wks
EQ 1000mgs - 500mgs 2x wk - 18wks
Pinn Dbol - 50mg a day - 6 wks

PCT - Clomid 100/80/80/80

Diet is spot on. Eating every 2.5-3.5 hrs tops. Any advice is welcome.
 
No need for 1g eq, run 800mg, but at 17% you not gonna see much if any from the EQ. Run the dbol for 4 weeks @ 100mg's. 50/am 50/pm is how I would run it. Diet, diet, diet...
 
Sweet, definitely will be following this log. Just starting a test cyp cycle myself and will be adding in pinn's dbol as well, hopefully it's some good stuff. Test and dbol dosage looks good, not familiar with EQ dosing though so I don't have much input with that.

Yo, just pinned for the 3rd time. Hit back yesterday. Scheduled off day. Duty = dumb as shit. Got shoulders/traps tomorrow. Lil update from yesterdays back day. Went great. Ive been feeling the dbol since day one. Dont know if its placebo or if its legit but my pumps are ridiculous and now im getting the back pumps especially during cardio so i think next workout itll be in full swing. Oh and i highly doubt that im actually 17% i still have visible abs. the yut yut devil dogs way of taping ppl is dumb as shit

Seated Rows

3 sets x 10-12 reps.

Its a dual weight setup. New machine i use it as a finisher.

Get a crazy pump/squeeze on this. My back/traps looked legit. Last cycle i worked up to a pretty easy 545 dl w/o straps. Usually start with pendlay rows or BB rows but i wanted to get some nice easy DLs in first. ill be finishing with Deadlifts from now on for the most part. Diet has been spot on ate every 2-2.5 hrs yesterday.

Back is destroyed today. feels awesome. cant wait for shoulders tomorrow.
