Lean Gainer Diet

Will be running Test and EQ.. need some feedback on my diet. Lean bulker I am curently 5'9 and 190lbs.



  • Meal 1 Meal 1 7am
    Mass gainer - 1060 calories, 178 carbs, 52 protein and 18g fat. not the best when it comes to ingredients. i have played around with oats and protein etc... but this is simple and gets me my caloris
  • Meal 2 Meal 2: Greek yoghurt 342 cal 34 carbs 51 protein,
  • Meal 3 1 Chicken breast and 1 sweet potatoes
  • Meal4 4 Better quality mass gainer- 600 cals 50g protein 77g carbs and 6g fat
  • Meal 5 `1 chicken breast /sweet pat or chicken and vegetables
  • Meal 6 peanutbut, chicken breast vegetables
  • Meal 7 beef patty if need be.
 
dont go getting your knickers in a knot , i gave you some advice/suggestion and if you dont want to take it on board then fair enough each for their own , but no need for the attitude/being rude .

With that sort of attitude no will wanna help you out
 
Almost anyone on here will give you advice. It's just that there is more to it than what to eat. It has to do with what you like, when an how you work out. What foods you respond best to. I hired 3J and he designed a meal plan that worked best for me. I am sensitive to certain carbs, but still need some for growth and energy. 3J got me dialed in and with a few tweaks it works awesome. I explained a few things to him and he started me a carb cycling program. Which, it turns out, i had been doing on my own and just didn't realize that's what i was doing. He added consistency and more of a method.......Did i say i'm a 3j fan?.....:)
 
I never use Mass gainer,but I d eat egg whites and oat in the morning,maybe some fruits.
Do you know your BMR and TEDD?
so bulk,go 500cal more then TDEE.
