Lean mass cycle - october 2014

Age: 26y
H&W: 190 cm, 100 kg (6 feet 3 inches, 220 lbs)
training: 6 years
BodyFat: 7-8 %

First cycle: test enanthate 1-10 (500 mg / week)
Second cycle: test enanthate 1-12 (600 mg / week)
Third cycle: test prop 1-8 (135 mg EOD), anavar 1-8 (60-100 mg ED)

- Test Prop (30 ml - 100mg / ml)
- Tren Ace (30 ml - 100mg / ml)
- Mast Prop (30 ml - 100mg / ml)
- EQ (40 ml - 250 mg / ml)
- Anavar (400 tab. - 10 mg)
- Test E. (40 amp. - 250 mg/ml)
- T3 ( 200 tab. - 25 mcg)
- Proviron (100 tab. - 25 mg)
- HCG (2x 5000 iu)
- Clenbuterol (100-200 tab.)

Stuff/ gear divided into 2 cycles: one cycle now, the 2nd next year: may /june / august 2015) - we will see)

PCT (4 weeks)
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolvadex 40/20/20/20
DAA, tribulus, triazole, etc.....

HCG - during cyle (250-500 iu e3d/e4d) - max. 8 weeks
AI, caber on hand

MY GOALS: lean muscle mass (I do not need 30 lbs+ mass (muscle&water&fat), maybe (optimum) 15 lbs and remain at the same percentage (maxximum up to 10 % bf). Food & training = excellent!
p.s. cycle length: maxumum 14 weeks

Does anyone have any suggestions for create a good cycle (with little side) ??

What ai are u going to use? All those options aren't very well planned. You got to run test longer then any other compound. Remember 2 things: test is the base of all cycles and everything shuts you down.
 
tbonexl, arimidex (0.5 mg eod/e3d) or aromasin (12.5 mg/eod). I have both... Ok, tbonexl - what would be your optimal plan for me and my own goals ?

not saying I don't believe you, but when you say your diet is perfect I want examples.

That or at least pictures to show your single digit bf%.

So....what's your diet looking like or do you have a pre-cycle picture to show where you're starting from?
 
Aromasin should be taken daily. Do your own homework and layout your own cycle. We will be happy to put the final touches on it for you...
 
MY (current) DIET: 350 grams proteins, 150-200 grams carbs (around training) and 80 grams healthy fatt - very, very clean food. I eat clean all the time (year). Maybe one OFF meal per month.

1-3 testosterone prop: 50 mg/eod
1-8 trenbolone ace: 75 mg/eod
1-12 testosterone enanthate: 250 mg / week
1-12 EQ (boldenone): 600 mg / week
12-14 testosterone prop: 75 mg /eod

I do not know what dose to take (first time tren & eq). Maybe start with 75 mg tren ace every other day (average: 262.5 mg/week) & 600 mg EQ/week. ? Maybe kickstart with test propionat ??

What do you think about cycle ? I need a little more size (maybe 10-15 lbs - no fat/water) and remain at the same percentage (maximum up to 10% bf).
For these goals, would probably be optimal option: test, tren, eq (yeah, I know, all depends on my diet) ? ;)

just for the sake of keeping it simple.
Might want some caber or prami with this, I personally don't even need an ai if I keep my test below 200 a week on this combo.
