Leg Day = 4 days of pain

Friday 9/08/06 Squats 235x2 ATG
Friday 9/15/06 Box squats
(no legs for 3 weeks, except front squats on a back workout)
Friday 10/06/06 Squats 255x2 ATG

well, if it helps your conditioning then that right there is a good reason. honestly i'm yet to come across anyone who didn't respond better to bodyparts 2x per week vs 1x per week. maybe i should have also mentioned that one day could be something like a heavy day and the other could be lighter/assistance.

Could work better for some. I used to do full body workouts 3 times per week. My bodyfat and conditioning was no better. I respond well once a week. Depends on genetics and the person. twice a week is not a bad idea by any means and is worth a shot for some.

i hear ya bro... 3x per week is too much for some folks. i have yet to hear someone say 2x (maybe there are some, but i haven't met them yet lol) was too much though. and of course the other important factor is to reduce the sets as you increase weekly training frequency.
