leg training twice a week??

just wondering if you guys think training legs heavy twice in the week is a bad idea or not?

my routine at the moment is as follows:

Day1 chest/tri's
Day2 legs
Day3 rest
Day4 back/biceps
Day5 shoulders/abs
Day6 legs
Day7 rest

im about to start another cycle and need to make sure that this one goes well, i have the diet worked out but just dont want to overtrain and ruin everything?

also, one other question, my bench is terrible at the moment but i dont have a training partner so any ideas on something to kick it into moving? yes i know, bench,bench,bench but its difficult to go heavy without a partner.

any help greatly appreciated :eyes:
 
not a good idead youll quickly plateau and then youll have nothing to build on

we have routines posted in the stickies also take a look at the journals section and see what other people are doing
