letrozole for gyno

hi guys, i don't know if it is the right section but if its not let me know please so i can delete my thread and post it on the right section,
(5'8, 162 pounds, 13-14 bf%, 22 years old)

i don't know if you guys have used letrozole for gyno,
my questions are this,
best way to use letro and for how long?
what side effects can i expect ?
is there something else better then letro or with less side effects?
i have a really bad gyno in one nipple, beside that i use to store a lot of fat in my lower chest, i can't get a surgery since they are a bit expensive, note: i have never done a cycle. i really think i had it since i was younger but since my chest got bigger it looks worst
any answers will be really appreciated, thanks guys.

yea i did and still searching but i want to hear people who have had gyno and used letro and how it worked for them

dose upwards of 1mg and listen to your body. when on too much letro, joints will ache, mood will be irritable, erections will quit, lipid profile will tank.... best of luck!

biggest concern- watch out for hair thinning/ hair loss... i experienced this during a letro gyno reversal and im not tapering off... not worth it in my opinion.
