Well. sort off...but not stage competition. This is for some vid and photo shoots for a project we're gonna be working on...new line of fitness gear and other stuff...

I used to be. but that was a long time ago. You know, when you're young and dumb and think you're in love...and you get married cuz its the conventional thing to do... Works great for some people---and thats alright for them, but it wasn't enough for me, or for her either. 19 is just too fucking young for anybody to get married. After a couple years we both got bored and wanted out. It was a mutually agreed thing. What's interesting about it is that we argued and fought all the time, and soon got to realize that we just weren't good together as a couple. Yet, after the marriage was over we became really good friends. Go figure!
What! You guys never heard of single parents? I used to do volunteer work with a state agency that works with abused, neglected, and abandoned kids (most of whom end up rounding in the Foster Care system indefinitely), and I was asked by one of the directors there if would ever consider adopting one of them. At the time, I thought the idea was ridiculous and blew it off, but I did think about it after a while. I know some people don't think much of these kids, but I've seen that most of them are good. They're just unfortunate enough to have parents who don't give a shit about them, and some of the older ones begin to act out and end up doing some stupid shit that only makes a bad situation worse. Even the kids can tell that many of the Foster Parents don't really care about them either and are only doing it for the money that they get from the government each month. Tough break for any kid to have.
I have plenty, and these kids have nothig at all. I just think it would be cool to give one of them a permanent home and an opportunity to have some kind of a life.
'Sides...I've changed my wicked ways. Its been years since my college years as a drunken, irresponsible, club-hopping, whore. I'm now a decent and respectable citizen in society (I think)...LOL. All bullshit aside, I think I'd make an awesome dad.

good for you brother. much respect for that. My wife and I always said we would adopt if we couldn't have kids of our own.

Seriously, I'm a small-fry investor in a plan to develop and market a new home gym and diet system and ancillary stuff to go along with it (training DVDs/supplements/web link). This will not be like bowflex that tricks fat guys into thinking they will look like a 1980s Schwartznegger if they drop $2k+ on a weight training machine plus the cost of add on parts. (Well...maybe not entirely different. LOL).
I've heard that this might have a prototype ready to drop some time after the spring. Want to get myself in form just in case. Hope it works out. Looking like its gonna be fun.
