LH/FSH not coming back up w/HCG, TRT Protocol

Hi all,
So I am 29 and been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 1.5 years. My levels before were 190 and I tried everything to get them up naturally. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) has made me feel great. It changed my life. There are other threads about my starting point but right now I am a little concerned. I switched doctors in June after my 1st testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) DR wanted to have me do a break for a month. Previously I had been doing 200mg test with 1mg arimidex per week, splitting the dose so inject wed/sun and estro was a little high. I was doing good but he wanted me to do a break. He took me off everything and put me on a blast of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for a month and that just screwed my life up, got all depressed and whiny, broke up with gf etc etc. I sought out a new DR and he put me back on but liked running Clomid or HCG(Not impressed by Clomid recommendation) and came highly recommended as a good testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) DR. He put me on 150mg test per week with .25mg clomid 3 times a week and arimidex 3 times a week. I started getting my life back but clomid did nothing for my levels but shoot my cholesterol up. Got to 600 for a test level with 7 Estrodial.

Now for the last 1.5 months I have been doing 150mg test(split dose so inject 1/2 Wed,1/2 Sun), 500iu HCG,1mg arimidex M,W,F. I feel awesome. I haven't wanted to work out in 5 months and I am killing it in the gym and my life just feels great again however here are my problems. My last blood work is attached but basically I am concerned about the LH and FSH and also my boys staying full or having that full feeling. When I started Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) they started to feel hard but that sensation went away. The whole time I have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) LH/FSH have been low like this in the toilet and the boys small.I mean they were low to begin with but this is basically zero. Im wondering if I need to do a restart then get back on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) once the boys wake up? I really hate to as when I went off before my life fell apart. Hoping for some advice. Attached are my labs. These labs were taken 2 days after Test injection. Thank you in advance.

PROTOCOL
75mg Test Cyp Wed night/Sun morning
1mg Arimidex M,W,F
500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) M,W,F

Why do you think your LH and FSH would be higher than zero? You are taking exogenous testosterone. That's what they are supposed to look like while taking exogenous test. Adding HCG doesn't change that.

Donate blood. You hematocrit is getting high.

You E2 is way to low. Back off the adex. You want it to be in the 20's or 30's. Low E2 is unhealthy.

I don't know why I thought that but you gave me the answer I needed. Yea I felt like adex was too much def lowering the dose. Thank you!

Too much ADEX...
Endo's don't care whether you T levels are at 600 ng/dl or 1048 ng/dl...
I would think the endo would want you at the very least... 600 ng/dl.
Doesn't make sense...I don't know too many testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) docs who would take their patients off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to blast HCG...
The majority of them out there tell you to run both concurrently.

Yea he said he likes to give the body a break. Gonna donate blood Monday I alternate between banks. Gonna cut the adex dose down and possibly just run 500 iu hcg twice a week. I like my new dr even though he doesn't prescribe Anavar like the last one, he actually listens to how I'm feeling.

Your last doctor prescribed Anavar?
He said he likes to give the body a break from TRT?
I usually hear of guys just staying right on it...if they are Primary...HCG won't do anything for them.
Is this a real doc (like an endo) or is it a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinic?
Sorry bro...these 2 doc's ain't impressing me
When was the last time you donated blood?

The first testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) Doc was just that. Yes he prescribed Anavar. He woulda giving me pretty much anything but he said every 6 months he likes to give the body a rest from exogenous test and do hcg only for a month then jump back on. The month screwed my life up so bad I decided to go to another dr. I went low down into the 200's, didnt have any drive it was awful.

The new Dr is a General Care Physician I guess you could say a really upscale one. Yea the clomid didnt impress me but at the time its the best Dr for this I have been to thus far and he let me switch to HCG so I cant complain too much.

I have to say even though my estrogen is low I feel awesome.

I donate blood every 8 weeks on the mark. I thought about bouncing between banks every 4 weeks instead. Its been 4 weeks since I donated.

If you donate blood every 8 weeks why are those damn hematocrits so high?
They should be knocked down to 46 or 47
...you still young your body can still make some DHEA, small amounts of T from HCG...

I've never heard of Anavar having a therapeutic benefit to a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patient...why would the doc prescribe it if he is already giving you T?

Here is what the Steroid Profile for Anavar says on this website:

Although Anavar doesn’t give users tremendous gains in muscle mass, it is an ideal steroid for burning fat and giving the body a more cut look. Additionally, the muscle mass gained and fat burned tend to be more permanent than with the steroids associated with large muscle mass gains.

And who knows he let me try it for 8 weeks I got leaner and def stronger. Looked at what it cost without insurance something like 1g for 4 weeks supply. I liked it, probably never do it again, Im looking for lifelong and healthy. So you feel the hemocrit is too high? Seems like its been going down everytime. See any problem with donating every 4 weeks???

You're hematocrit is approaching the high end of the range. If it exceed it, they will turn you away for donation. You are supposed to only donate whole blood every 56 days.

Regardless of whether or not you have to donate blood, it is a good thing to do for society. You are helping a lot of people.

you probably had a late start on the blood donation...you probably let things build up for the first while when you were on TRT.
Bro those RBC's are best at 47....
I don't like em higher than that....it puts more pressure on the heart.

Yea I am b positive so they never ask for the double red or want it haha. Been donating for years prior to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Never been turned away before and its been way higher when I did anavar with 200mg test. Seems like its slowly been going down every blood donation idk.
Looking forward to seeing how I feel with the Estro in range.

Does the recipient of the blood get the entire concentration of RBC's from the 49% HCT donor...or do the lab technicians separate the RBC's that are in abundance to numerous recipients?

You call 49% HCT going down?
