LH/FSH not coming back up w/HCG, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) Protocol

technically the afternoon is my morning as I work midnights. Sept 4th I had a hemocrit of 49.8 so maybe higher by much. Guess I need to focus on lowering it.

No clue. My dad has been low forever. My mom complained about it forever(gross). I took some prohormones before and I often wonder if that didnt hurt it or mess something else, I followed all the directions pct but never did labs before and after because I was a dumb 22 year old. Really wish I didnt have to do this.

Bro..I'm telling you like you were my own bro.
Ask the doc for a script to get it lowered to 46-47% then go from there..
it looks like it climbs up fast on you...
you might have to take a bigger first step to knock down the HCT some more down.

What brand Prohormone did you use?
Your mom complained bout your Dad's Low T you say?
she knew he had low T for a while?
he's on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) too now eh?

You don't get spooked out by donating blood do you...you're o.k. with it?
I got a little scared toward end of first one..lol
like in the last 30 secs....
started to shake and sweat...lol
lasted a minute I was o.k. after....I was able to walk up out of there right away....no juice no cookies...lol

I took M14-E from Purus Labs and Halovar from same company when I was 22 or 23.

Nope Dad isnt on anything...works out everyday hes just skinny with some belly fat. I really wouldn't mind coming off this and trying a restart but haven't found a Dr competent enough that would support me through that. I also hated the way I felt during the time I came off.

Then your dad is not low enough I guess...
if he is not going on TRT...he is able to fight thru it...
what's his levels ?

Restarts don't always work bro....
I was your age as well when doc pushed T on me...
My levels were 512 ng/dl with HCG only... and 582 ng/dl without HCG and only ADEX E3D.
I had sleep apnea and never knew it and a family doc that never cared about me to check me out...
ruined my natty T....
I can only get to 291 ng/dl Natty T and with ADEX E3D now.,...was off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 16 months...no improvement!
Sucks balls!

Dad is in early 60s. Test at 220. Mine was around the same. Highest I ever got them naturally, working out, sleeping good, eating clean was 302. Yea I wish I had a level of 500 naturally. Carry fat on stomach, back and chest every else is lean lol. Wish I knew where I was before the prohormones. Gonna talk to my Dr about the sleep study as he offered it to a friend of mine who is also a patient.

what type doc is this? a G.P. ?...a real Endo or a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinic doc?
Bro get your dad on some T....that is unhealthy to be at 220 ng/dl like that..
he has energy to go to work and all?

Yea he has energy tons of it for his age. Tried too but hes skeptical as hes seen the ups and downs I have experience. Even after being on this a year and a half Im skeptical myself. Its only recently I have been feeling really good on it. Dr is a GP.

I agree with you too. Tell me, when you sit down to have a meal do you feel any blood rushing to your face or head if it is a even mildly salty?
I think T elevates b.p.

therapeutic phlebotomy
No. Do NOT ask for a therapeutic phlebotomy script as that is a deferral from FREE donations FOR LIFE. Start up with Apheresis first, as that will reduce your HCT by up to 5% every time you go in. In fact I just went from 51% (was deferred for bad sticks for two months) to 47% in one apheresis. I figure after today's donation, I'm back down to about 45% or so. It's free, you get to watch a movie, and it drops that hematocrit down like crazy.

FYI: You can always find your HCT every time you donate by multiplying the hemoglobin value they give you by 3. Also, I recently found out that while apheresis will defer you for sure at 19Hb, whole blood (depending on the person in charge) can take up to 22Hb without any problems. That kind of blew my mind as I thought for sure they turned away for much lower values.

My .02c :)

They run the blood thru a machine and return it back into your body?
Is there not residue from other patients blood running thru that machine?
Kind of creeps me out!

b.t.w. why did your blood get hat high?

The blood never makes physical contact with the machine. It is also cleaned/sterilized before each new person uses it.

Supraphysiological values of androgens in my bloodstream on top of an already overactive red marrow.

How long does it take your hemoglobin to rise a couple points halfwit?
Hmm, if I don't donate and I'm only on TRT; I'll see a 2-3 point rise every 2 months, give or take. That's why I'm very pro-donation/apheresis. It's just too easy and FREE not to. :)

what dose you on for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) ?
were you cycling too?
never seen an apheresis machine at the blood donation place.
If you stay on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and donate every 2 months....how does your HCT measure out then?
