quesiont: what would be the most effective way to train for strength and physique but not so much mass? It seems that whatever i do always has the same end result, even with the higher number of reps with less weight
i wanna get stronger but i dont want to get any bigger, is this possible? and how would i hafta change my routine if possible, are there any exercises i can add/drop to/from my workout?
I am not sure about this as their are powerlifters who get stronger and stay in the same weight class. You need cals to get big, i would assume limiting them would not let you put on much muscle.

thats true to a point , by limiting calories to a maintainence level and keeping protein high you can stay the same weight and get stronger and your bodyfat will drop as time goes on as well but eventually your bodyfat will get to a point that you will need to get heavier to continue to get stronger . this is true for 99% of the people but there are a few guys out there who never seem to get bigger but they keep getting stronger , im not sure why but its probably due to their fast twitch to slow twitch muscle ratio .
