Changing, is key to weight loss....Slow burrning carbs (Whole wheat/Brown ect.)
Try and eat a goob B/F oatmeal with a little 12 grain ceral. I know you can get the
instant Oatmeal,I like the red river 12 grain it's not instant but that's ok because threre grains will scratch the insides of your coloan..DON'T WORRY!.By doing so it releses enzymes that will creat a regular bowl movment...Which is key..I even add a tea spoon of peanut butter(light) which has good fat,plus it will help with your immune system.Second I mix up my iso proiten shake add some of the liquid to the mixture or you can just add some skim milk on top,then the powder....Now if you are only using water with your shakes then try it my way. Water and oatmeal do not really mix well...Second I would try and eat 4 to 5 more meals through out the day, an apple 3 slices of mortadella meat and some 1/4 cup or 1/2 of cottage cheese can be a meal...all you have to do is try diffrent foods and watch for sugar and fats (good /bad)....Now when it comes to off the shelf fat burnres Lipo 6 (the liquid kind?) If you are on the liquid it's just a scam there is evedence that shows there is no diffrence between the 2 forms...If I were you go for some CLA and Rapid Cuts,that combo works well togeather
