Any benefit or negative effect from liquefying food? Seems like a better way to take in more food. I have a difficult time taking in more than four or five meals a day. Is there a natural supplement to increase appetite, (aside from those that give you the munchies).

There is a thread about this somewhere in this forum. Do a search for it. IIRC, it changes the bioavailability of the foods and is not recommended. Along the same lines of what I posted here.
