Liquid D... inject or drink ???

Anyone Spot inject it, or just drink it. I just drank it in the past with good gains

I have done the Denkall and I inj. with no problems, but the Ref.-B is dirty from what I can understand ,so many just take it orally instead of inj., but if you are going to take it orally you might as well get the pills.

Trust me.....u don't want to inject it I tried it and it fuckin hurts, just drink it.

I put it into a gel cap and swallow it, when i tried to drink it I couldnt get that taste out of my mouth for nothing.

inject into orange piece slice or grapes and swallow whole.

glycerol is an anti freeze for making food not freeze at lower temps.
not good to inject into tissues causes damage.
