Egg whites are awesome, definitely a staple in my diet also. Costco is great for getting these in bulk.

no actually im not, ever throw raw eggs in you shake??? ive been doing it for years, if you throw some chocolate syrup in your egg white carton it goes down quite easy

Best way to get the best of eggs for sure. I do drink 12oz in the morning and sometimes at night spme 6-8 oz. I don`t know but I love it
