I been lazy to make shakes, so for the past week I have been consuming 4 vials of liquid protein daily. I am horrified to find my weight has gone up 2 lbs, belly is bloated, and I was 5 lbs weaker on my bench max.
It seems I am not getting the protein it claims to be serving and why am I fatter & weaker on bench ???
Have others tried liquid protein? Experiences?
