T3 is a synthetic thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormones stimulate your metabolic rate. It sounds simple enough,thing is it correlates with other hormones ie T4. If you add this (T3) when you're not supposed to or for the wrong lenght of time you could damage yourself in a major way. My opinion is unless you are at a level where a 1% bf change is imperativethen just leave it alone. Before anyone considers using this they need to have bloodwork done to determine where there hormone levels are.
T3 works great - however you need to use it in moderation!!!
Research has shown people will go into a catabolic state when you hit 100mcg - except many people will tell you you will hit a catabolic state well before 100mcg.
I can confirm this from my experience - as I put this theory to the test and ran T3 over 100mcg.
If you run it too high - you will see a reduction in the amount of weight you can lift - and many people will question the gear they are running as T3 will screw your progress.
