Liquiketo dose

Anyone recommend a dose for rui liquiketo?
My labrats are currently on 200mcg e/d of liquiclen for 4 days.

They have been on for 4 days @ 209mcg everyday. Looking to run it for a month.

1mg/day is what I dose it at. Take at night because it does make you drowsy.

Also, do not take it until the end of the 2nd week unless you want to use it to help you sleep at night.
