Little butt syndrome Need help

I have little butt syndrome. It's starting to go away a little bit to the aforementioned deep squats.
 
Full Squats, Snatch-grip Deadlifts off a box, and Romanian Deadlifts all get the glutes heavily involved through a near maximal/near-maximal range of motion.
 
I had small butt syndrome, now I have not as small butt syndrome. I found that doing real deep squats and lunges did it all for me.
 
Try widening your stance when you squat. The wider you go the more the emphasis will shift to glutes and hamstrings.

Lunges worked for me as well
