For your protein needs for BB and something different to chicken fish beef.etc beef lamb or chicken liver is a excellent source of protein and packed with vitamins and minerals but unfortunately high in cholesterol but low in calories eaten in moderation maybe 1- 2 twice a week i think it should be OK i just had some beef liver tonight
easy to cook i cut the liver in small pieces then i cut some onions and peppers or whatever you like then put them in a pan with olive oil stir until cooked only takes about 5 minutes to cook ounce for ounce the best protein there is try it guys you will love it
