Lokthans Cycle Log Bulk into lean

Hey all. As part of my deal with PSL I am to share with you all my cycle of all PSL gear. Due to my work life and my laziness, I pretty much logged most of the cycle over at ASF, but you will all see the tail end of this cycle where some crazy shit is about to go down,

The original plan for the cycle was as such:

1-10 Test p 100mg EOD
1-10 Mast P 100mg EOD
1-10 NPP 200mg EOD
1-6 50mg drol/60mg dbol (dropped the drol early because I hated the fucking lethargy from it)
250iu hcg 2x week
Tudca

Lifting protocol was
Heavy Push/Heavy Pull/Heavy Legs/ Light Push/Light Pull/Light Legs/Off

However, after some long talks with folks over at ASF it was decided that about week 8 the goal of the cycle went from bulk, to leaning out, and what you guys are about to see starting next week is the switching off NPP to tren ace for a couple weeks. Once the tren is done im just going to cruise for about 8 or so weeks.

Beginning weight was 216lbs on 6-6-16

When the cycle went from bulk to leaning out i maxed out at 236lbs, right now I am back down to 225.

My Diet right now until the end of the tren is Carb cycling.

Mon- <50g carbs
Tues <50g carbs
Wed >200g carbs
Thursday <50g carb
Friday <50g Carb
Sat/sun >200g Carb

Oh man the intesity in the gym was outrageous today. Sweat like a pig too.

AAS: people werent kidding when they say you can feel tren ace kick in quick. Sweaty,out of breath, and my aggression is slightly elevated.

Due to the intensity i decided to go a little heavy today. Heaviest ive ever done on rack pulls.
