long ester injection

1-14 EQ 600mg

i read that long esters like test e, should be injected once a week for even release, but a lot of people tell me too inject twice a week. like 1 1/2 cc on monday and 1 1/2 on thursday.

Its preference I do Monday and Thursday

they are correct becaus ethe half life of test e is 5 or 6 days and you should inject twice a week to keep blod levels level
