Hey folks, another noob here. I registered for this forum almost 4 years ago to learn the do's and don'ts about gear, cycles and nutrition, but being familiar with the search function I've never found myself in need of posting to ask questions that have already been answered a bazillion times. I just thought it was time to say hi and thank those who take the time to share their tremendous wealth of knowledge to help the less informed have a safe and successful experience.
I've been a semi-serious weight lifter for over 30 years, and a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away I was a competitive (amateur) power lifter. I've always remained active in a variety of competitive sports, but after passing the half century mark it was clear that spending more time in the gym was producing less results so I started doing research on how to get more out my workouts which led me to this site. Following the "best practices" gleaned from this forum I've completed 4 cycles, all with very positive results. Since my goal is gaining muscle and keeping a competitive edge for sports rather than body building, I've kept the dosages to the lower side of average levels while using combinations and cycle suggestions found in various threads.
So that's the abridged version of my intro. Again I want to express my appreciation for all who contribute, and hopefully soon I'll feel I've got something worth contributing too for the next noob who's looking for answers.
