not a bad idea. do you guys focus on all three delt heads in your shoulder workouts, or do you do, say medial one day/week then front and rear the next or whatever?
i personally dnt try to hit seperate heads.. my fron delts get blasted during bench presses and my rear delts get hit hard with bb rows and deads so i only do side laterals but i do them at a 45 degree angle and it hits all the heads
I agree with GBR. I limit the amount of time I spend on front and rear delts simply because they get hit so hard on my chest and back days. I usually do about 10 sets of lateral raises once or twice a week starting heavy and gradually dropping the weight and increasing the reps.
what is cgbp? i agree front delts are hit hard on chest days and rears are hit hard on back days (deads and rows) but my medial head lags. should i have a separate day for shoulders and press too or throw the side laterals into the chest days?
close grip bench press do houlders on chest day and just do 2 sets of side laterals and if you want add one set of dumbell or military presses but i'd do them light like 12-15 reps
