Hey guys, entering my 3rd week on cycle test only 500 mg per week Test C. Including 500iu hcg and .25 arimidex EOD. proper nutrition and all viatamin supplements and protein to include creatine at 5g per day..
Noticing some good gains but also noticing some water retention around my abdominal and face/neck. Its not quite as bad as when I first started but still noticeable to me. Will this slow down as we go or does it probably have more to do with my diet and workout routine? I don't mind some of the puff look but sooner than later I would like to achieve the chisel look veins in the chest and abdominal and arms etc. I'm intaking a lot of food right now mostly meat and veggies with a few servings of carbs throughout the day, usually potatoe and rice. 6 liters of water. some sweets during the day at lunch and 3rd meal. I want to keep gaining weight so I'm worried about not eating enough, wouldn't mind losing weight if it was strictly fat. Is clen or t3 a good option for me later in my cycle? or mabe throw in some winstrol later?
