Currently live in Alaska and have the luxury of having an abundance of Sockeye Salmon (Over 100lbs). Anyone have an awesome recipes other than my traditional grilled.

wow you lucky man you. salmon in buerre blanc is a good one. salmon sandwhiches. grilled salmon fillet sandwhiches. yum yum give me some!!!!

I love my Salmon and considering where I live the 140ish pounds I have had cost me around 200.00. I caught it all myself and just pay for gas and time to get to Seward.

man oh man oh man. you can have salmon salad, salmon burger, salmon soup, salmon crepe, salmon carpacio, salmon and fries, fried salmon, salmon suchi, etc. etc. etc.
thats what my momma always said. Life is like a fridge full of salmon.
