Looking for size, but to stay lean

Been lifting for 5 yrs on and off gear, am on 750mg of enth and 400mg of EQ, I am about 160lbs, real lean, but what more size and my diet is pretty good, should I up the protein or carbs and as far as routine, should I go 6 to 8 rep or change it often and how much rest between sets. I what to get to 180lbs. I also do one body part a day, so what are your thought and thanks for the help.
 
i was told about 250g of protien a day and almost 300g of carbs. i'm 184lbs but not nearly as lean as you,, i'm more like 12%bf. but either way not knowing what your current intake is i would still say to bulk: pack in the food. eggs,meats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeals. things like that,,, and you should bulk while still staying lean.
 
aright bro if youve been juiced on and off and trainin for 5 years, and (not to flame you or nothin) but somthin is wrong you must be a serious ectomorph or just real small framed so either way you definetly need to be getting more FOOD dont worry about staying super lean if you wanna bulk up its not easy to both at the same time, try bulking to if you can 190, then clean up real nice and try to cut down to 180, a mods advice may be more useful
