What's up guys, I'm looking into trying out some var primarily for lean muscle gains, I had a breast aug(under the muscle, as well as mastopexy) august 17th, and since then I have been doing lower body, abs, arms and shoulders work and where I can, some light weight isolated chest work. I generally train powerlifting(conjugate method) and strong man movements, I'm going to start doing workouts fully next week and just watch movements that are demanding of my chest. Has anyone been in my similar situation and can tell me when the best time would be to start a cycle?
