>>> losing fat and gain lbm without steroids <<<

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if one is able to lose fat and gain lean mass at the same time without steroids. My thoughts were the following:

Assuming you need 2500kcal ed just to maintain your body and you run say 125mg DNP ed which will increase your daily kaloric need with about 10-15% to a total amount of 2750-2875kcal.

So, you decide to increase the kcal by 200-500, say 3000kcal ed. Therefore you should have enough energy to maintain and build muscle, while the DNP is reducing your fat due to its lipophylic properties and limiting the energy gained from carbs and gain it from fat instead.

Since you cannot gain energy from carbs efficiently I guess a keto diet would be the best here and it shouldn't be a problem because this small amount of DNP has never killed a person if I'm recalling correctly.

What do you guys think, is this possible?

your lack of understanding about all this indicates that a) you need a primer on nutrition and b) you shouldn't be using DNP at all.

I'm going to explain this really easily for you.

Caloric surplus = muscle gain
Caloric deficit = fat loss
Maintenance = staying the same

DNP DOESNT CHANGE ANY OF THESE RULES NO MATTER WHAT DOSE YOUR USING - if your eating over maintenance even on DNP you wont lose fat.

If you can't understand that then I'm afraid you can't be helped.
