Last week before I went on vacation I was feeling very strong and pumped consuming a very high protein diet. Not equating calories but making sure to eat, eat, eat, but as clean as possible. You could say I was bulking becuase I was not doing cardio and lifting heavy. I felt as if my body looked good with a shirt on but I felt rather fat in the belly and bloated in the face. With that said i took a trip to my hometown where my family noticed my weight gain and they thought I looked like Crap. I agree with the way my face looked but I was JACKED AND STRONG !!! As the week progressed I literally lost everything !! I worked out 3 times not super heavy but just enough to help me maintain and enjoyed the week at home but not consuming nearlly as much calories as I was. I am now done with my vacation and I feel like a skinny punk !! I need help getting me a clean median between being a strong fat ass and a skinny punk !!!
Is this healthy to lose and gain this fast ? I like to get my body big but it seems as if I sacrifice my chissled facial features every time I get strong.
What can you guys suggest to put on lean mass ?
