Losing mass rapidlly

Last week before I went on vacation I was feeling very strong and pumped consuming a very high protein diet. Not equating calories but making sure to eat, eat, eat, but as clean as possible. You could say I was bulking becuase I was not doing cardio and lifting heavy. I felt as if my body looked good with a shirt on but I felt rather fat in the belly and bloated in the face. With that said i took a trip to my hometown where my family noticed my weight gain and they thought I looked like Crap. I agree with the way my face looked but I was JACKED AND STRONG !!! As the week progressed I literally lost everything !! I worked out 3 times not super heavy but just enough to help me maintain and enjoyed the week at home but not consuming nearlly as much calories as I was. I am now done with my vacation and I feel like a skinny punk !! I need help getting me a clean median between being a strong fat ass and a skinny punk !!!
Is this healthy to lose and gain this fast ? I like to get my body big but it seems as if I sacrifice my chissled facial features every time I get strong.
What can you guys suggest to put on lean mass ?

A low carb, high protein, high fat diet will help you put on lean weight--try to get all of your carbs from green vegetables--cut out starches altogether and lift hard and heavy, also lots of ab work. Sort of an Atkins diet but healthier because you eat lots of vegetables.
 
stop doing your pump routines and you wont lose shit when you go on vacation for a wk. btw you didnt lose any muscle most mikely

it could also be that all the beer you drank during vacation filled up your glycogen stores and now you just look less ripped, if you want to call it that. if thats what it is its probably because your not used to consuming so many carbs. i dunno just guessing because many people drink beer on vacations.
 
U just have to get used to talking to so called normal people(non bodybuilders). When im bulking and i come home from school my parents always say i look horrible. when im cutting they think i look good. They dont view our bodies as a bodybuilder would.

That hits it exactlly !!! I am all natural but I really did look very bloated when I came home. I continue to wander what bloats me so much when i am taking in high calories. I keep carbs low, protein high, and drink alota protein. I find it hard to find a median.
 
Hey. I kinda have the same problem. But I lost my lower abs. Now I don't know what to do. I still want to keep gaining. I dont know weather I should do cardio or not because I don't want to lose muscle or alot of weight. How the fuck can I trim up my tummy without losing alot of weight and muscle? I am so fucking confused right now. And depressed about my body.I feel like a fat ass and no girls ever look at my short ugly ass.

Damn Bro !!!! Thats a tear jerker!!! Worst case scenario I find myself takin water pills. If you can get a couple from a prescription from a buddy with high blood pressure or something it can help out SHORT TERM. Also if you pretty confident push your chest out and purchase some bloat menustral pills for the ladies out there. Youll get weird looks but it will help you look a lil leaner at the pool !! Good Luck man.
