Losing the last 12 pounds

Hiya!

Been on here for a while, training for years. My issue is trying to lose the last 12 pounds of fat, it won't go. I have up'd my cardio and still lifting each bodypart once a week.

Would the suggestions be, drop calories right down? Drop carbs right down and only have in the am? Any suggestions with the cardio as have been advised keep heart rate 135 for fat burning. Change rep range? I have light & heavy days, light hitting 20 reps and heavy 6-8 reps.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks all xxx

I mainly eat eggs, whey, chicken, brown rice, green veg, peanut butter, ground turkey, apples..

Steady cardio normally... My weight will always stay the same! I train alot so I'm always hungry. Perhaps I need to calorie count hey? I am carb sensitive so maybe drop these, although I can't say I eat loads of carbs
 
I suggest to contact 3j ... Check him out .. The guy is magic when u hit a plateau.

Go to his free diet a advice , then if u want something more advanced u can book him

Isnt starving all the time fun?! LOL NOT!! I train all the time too and constantly think about food! I would say I'm slightly carb sensitive too, I personally do much better when I have a higher protein/ fat diet, so right now im carb cycling; have you ever tried that? I would also suggest trying HIIT cardio instead..Since you're constantly making your heart rate fluctuate, you continue to burn calories long after you're finished with your cardio session, plus you don't have to do it as long. I like using a spin bike to do sprints, 20 min BOOM done! LOL.. Don't get discouraged though, you'll drop the weight, and if the scale doesn't change, you'll still lose body fat!! :D

Have u had your thyroid function checked Frenchy ? Hypothyroidism can make it harder to lose weight.
& liek Detour posted I was wondering how 3J's plan worked for you.
