Lost 23lbs in 5 months..

Yo dogs.New to the board,I've lost 23lbs of muscle in 5 months, Dont get to workout as much as I would like to out here.Cant wait to get back home..3 months to go.Does anyone know any good routines to do, with body weight only,Should I try to do more reps or different exercises..
 
Are they really gonna let you rotate out on schedule?

I have no advice for BW training, but will gladly reassure you that muscle memory will be your friend when you have access to good training facilities again.
 
stick to basic heavy compund exercises squat bench dead throw in some accesorry work and youll be on your way to gainng back that muscle
 
For BW exercises, read some Pavel Tsatsouline books.....and since your in the military, it will help your PT scores as well
