If I were you I would get rid of it.

Nolvadex, 60mg, now. Since you see you are going to have a problem with gyno during this cycle, run nolvadex or an anti-a during the cycle, I prefer anti-a like arimidex or femera.

Just cut the nipple open every couple days and remove anything abnormal will a butter knife. Or maybe of letro, it supposedly works great for gyno.
