Low Carb Almond Butter Protein Cake w/ Frosting

Ingredients: Makes 8
-130g almond butter
-45g Splenda
-1 Small Egg
-3-4 scoops Protein ( Cinnamon Bun Whey2build is awesome in this!)
-1/4 Tsp Baking Soda

You could add Vanilla Extract, ginger or cocoa. All are good.

1. Mix the almond butter,Baking Soda and splenda & protein together in a bowl
2. Whisk the egg and add to the almond butter mixture ( If too thick add tsp's of h2o)
3. Spoon the mixture into a greased pan. (I used 9x4 loaf pain)
4. Cook for 20-25 mins at 350 degrees
6. Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving

Protein Frosting
2 TBLS cream cheese
1 scoop N2Matrix

Mix with blender and spread on cake
