Low carb on off days when bulking?

I am doing a lean bulk here in the next two weeks. Just a natty bulk, since im not committing to my next cycle yet. Anyways I've been doing carb cycling for a few months during cutting. Which I perfectly don't mind 3 days of the week low carb, near 50. Anyways is it beneficial to do carbs on off days when im not doing much, or is it okay to do high carb on the days im just lifting. As long as I get in my 250 calorie surplus a day.
