My soon to be wife and I are trying to have a baby. I just came off a cycle of 16 weeks. Had lab work done, results came back low sperm count. My questions is will it return back to normal if how long does it take to return to normal. And is there any thing I can do to speed up things to regain a normal sperm count. The PCT I used is nova. and clom. Thanks

Clomid will create a massive army of swimmers, just do your normal pct and by the time she cycles you should be good to go. Also don't have sex or fap for 3-5 days before she ovulates.

Atleast thats what our fertility doc told us when we went through the practice and ultimately had to do IVF.
