Looking for some help here...Christmas morning I decided to workout and started with box jumps, after the 5th jump I landed on my heels and tweaked my back. It wasn't bad at first, but locked up that night. I woke up on the 26th barley able to move and waited until the 29th to see the doc. After all the preliminary tests to make sure it wasn't a disc he gave me a shot of Toradol and anti-inflammatory's. It's been over a month now and I'm doing a lot better but still feel like my back can give out at any moment. I'm doing pushups and stretching (lightly) to stay active. Has anyone else have this happen? And if so how'd you get over it? Thanks for all your help
