lower outer chest???

does any know anything i can do to work my outer lower chest i ahve the upper but then it just goes to nothing as it goes down got the bitch tit look going not bad but i dont like it any help??
 
Dips with a fairly wide grip, weighted dips if you can do them with perfect form--these seem to work for me, dips will help build full pecs
 
Basically weighted dips for the lower pecs. They work well. Other than that, maybe some flyes for the outer pecs.
 
The pec minor plays a big role in that portion of the chest, and I believe it's best developed with Dips done Vince Gironda style: feet in front of body, chin tucked, big stretch. Be careful with that if you've had any rotator cuff /shoulder separation problems though.
 
not to dispute you bast but inner outer can be trained by moving hands in or out on benching with bar or dumbbells. this has been discussed in another thread.
 
the wider the grip, the more stretch you get on the pec area, thus forcing the outer pec to work more...same thing that pullinbig said
 
How big are you, i say this because i see alot of guys asking this type of thing and it is followed up by " I am 5'10,175". Most guys including myself just need to keep getting bigger, and not worry about the upper outside upside down right pinky muscle.
 
That is why dips are great, weighted dips will build big pecs. Dips also seem to add nice shape to the pecs.
 
My opinion skip the decline, focus on the dips. Husky guy explained it nicely.
You said a bitch tit look? What's your bf?

If he doesn't have enough size to focus on upper lower left right corner whatever... Dips are a great foundation exercise....the benefits of that compound movement are endless even for the monsters.
