Lump at Injection Site??

Hey guys, been around this forum for a few years now, im more of a searcher and not a poster, but i thought i'd get a few opinions. I've just started my 2nd cycle of AAS but this is my first time pinning myself. First shot a a piece of cake, no problems, second shot into my left quad, (i think i aspirated too much but it seems eveytime i do aspirate its very hard to pull back on the plunger, maybe because im using a 25g pin?
Anyways after i got all the gear in, it was fine but the next day i got a small lump with a puss spot on top which i tried to squeeze but couldn't get anything out, its still there (3 days later) but not causing me to much discomfort, i was just wondering if it was a cause for concern? btw i swabbed the vial and injection site before and after.
I also did not heat my gear first two shots but just tried heating it for my third shot just then, which seemed a little easier. btw im running-
Test E 600mg wk 1 -12
D-Bol 25mg ed 1-4 wk
Nolva for PCT

Thanks for any opinions.

How does the lump look color-wise? Red? Does it look like a rash, etc?

Also - how large is the lump? What size pin are you using?

Keep an eye on it obviously, but don't get too worried just yet. Try massaging pin site after you inject.

Its about 1/2 inch in diameter and red, no rash or anything. looks a bit like a pimple.
I'm pinning with a 1 inch 25g

Do you commonly get pimples 1/2'' across? Not common in my book.

Two things; One it could be nothing but some post injection abrasion.. Two it could be a slight infection, though if your not experiencing a fever or burning sensation, I wouldn't worry too much - your body is handling itself fine IMO.

Keep an eye on it and if after a few more days the swelling doesn't go down or you develop more symptoms of infection, head to the doctors.

Go to the doc and some some antibiotics ASAP. Dont risk it getting any worse... Just tell him it was a B12 injection or something.

I 100% agree....you may have mentioned this already, but were you using a new needle? So important to use new needles every time. It could be nothing, but better safe than sorry.

Hey, don't mean to hijack this thread, but talking about B12, where can i get injectable b12, not the pills?
