This isn't really a log, more so a review of my M-drol by CEL.. Every single one of my lifts went up a lot, I'll keep it short though:
I had 1 bottle, I ran a week at 20mg (2 pills) and then 3 weeks of 30mg (3 pills) using all 90 pills.
I gained about 12lbs, I kept my calorie intake very low ~2500 a day, mostly milk/whey protein powder/steak/fish/chicken
My flat bench went from being able to do 3 sets of ~6 reps to doing 3 sets of 15 as of yesterday. I never go for a max bench as I work out by myself and am too shy to ask for a spot,
but, I did do 295x2 after my sets with ease.
I ran 900mg of milk thistle (as well as other liver support sups) and Hawthrone Berry (for heart health)
Drank a SHIT ton of water, and took fish oil to lube my joints (this PH will dry out your joints, and you will feel it)
I have liquid nolva that I plan to run 1ml a day for 3 weeks
Any other tips to keep my gains once I'm off cycle?
AS far as sides, dry elbows and joints, and hella back pumps...I utilized a foam roller and taurine sups to help cure the pumps.. also, I still ran a mile or so every other day, and my calves would KILL afterwards from being pumped up.
again, I know this is a shitty review, and it sucks that MDrol is so toxic for ya, but DANM, this shit will increase EVERY lift, very quickly.
so again, any tips to keep these gains post cycle, AND, what other PH are as potent as mdrol, but more "safe"?
