Hi, so I was just wondering if someone could help with macros while on tren and test. My goal is to drop body fat. Currently I'm 6ft and 202 pounds at around 10-12% bf. I want to hit 6-7% bf. My current macros are 230 protien, 175 carb and 65 fats with around 2.2-2.3k total calories. Does the macro look okay or should I change it up?

Try this...Eat under 10 grams of saturated fat a day. Eat all complex carbs, low glycemic, low sugars, no frozen foods nor preservatives nor fast foods, no simple carbs, all fresh organic foods, no dairy, all lean meats - tuna, chicken, turkey, fish. You should also take multi-vitamins, all omegas, fiber/bromelain, creatine mono, BCAA, amino acids and all natural fresh juices, oats, quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal, wheat germ, oat bran, flaxseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, greek yogurt, all high fiber leafy greens and a variety of healthy vegetables. Let us know how it goes and keep us updated on your progress.

How long have you been on this macro and cal breakdown for?

Depending on your answer you might have slowed your metabolism right down and your body has become accustomed to surviving on these cals. If this is the case the best way to fix it is to reverse diet which means add 100 cals a fortnight for the first month and then add 100 cals a week till you feel you are at a sustainable amount of cals. able to consume without having to struggle everyday. This will reset your metabolism in a manner of speaking. Therefore you can start to cut again and lower cals by 100 per fortnight. You should notice that your body will lose weight in a safe and sustainable manner. I went from 2400 cals up to 3300 which is my tree, i only gained 1kg and my midsection actually was tighter. I had my carbs at about 350g, protein at 280g and fat at about 80g. The whole point is to lose weight while eating as much as you can. Im back down to 2700 right now and will reverse diet in about 3 weeks. To get ready for summer as its winter in Australia right now.

Also make sure you enjoy your food. I eat chocolate and ice cream and so forth every 2nd night or when my cals allow me to. Flexible dieting is the way of the future.

Hope that helps.
