Hi all I've read the stickies here and came up with this diet, looking for your thoughts

Stats
6'3"
211 lbs
16% bf

Just finished a cut that I screwed up. I'm maintaining for several weeks and then beginning a dbol/test E bulk cycle (my first). I'm very carb sensitive and I think 100g a day is the max I could have, I still see bloating with this amount. I've gone for 2900 cals total, 100g carbs, 145g fats, 300g protein. I'm a little off atm but no biggie. Here are 2 different meal plans that I'll switch between. I haven't included salads/veggies.

No, I'm natural. My first cycle will be a bulking one on Test E/Dbol in about a month. PS I'm ecstatic that you're posting in my thread!

ok.. why are you waiting a month and doing a maint diet.. that's the next question

My logic is that if I go straight into a bulk diet from a cutting diet I'll gain more fat than wanted because my body is used to eating less calories. That's why I'm upping my cals slowly to reach maintenance. Stay on that for a bit then begin a bulk. Plus the gear hasn't arrived yet.

ok so bf is an issue.. i would have said use the hyper volume effect of coming out of a cutter into a calorie surplus to your advantage and bulk immediately lol

Yes bf is definitely an issue with me. You live and learn I guess. How does my diet look to you?

if its for maint its fine bro.. just watch your weight and add and subtract calories as needed...
