Making a deal with the devil. Its an expensive habit isn't it?

To the OP: Hmm don't know if I agree.

In 2013 I got on a 12 week cycle. 4 months after the cycle was over I was still making great gains. To be honest you have to run a 19-nor cycle for like...years and years to get the effects you desribe

the way i see it, things are only expensive if the cost exceeds the value. Value is relative. For people like us, who truly value a good appearance and a bodybuilding lifestyle, we value our steroids. For us, the value exceeds the cost so it is well worth it. your numbers are way off too btw. nobody spends even close to that amount yearly.

some people really enjoy bicycling, so they buy an expensive ass bike and expensive ass gear. to me, it's a waste. to someone who's life revolves around biking, it's priceless.

That is exactly what ive been trying to tell my girlfriend who wont get off my ass about it. Its not expensive to me, it keeps me out of trouble, makes me feel good, and makes me look good. So its more than worth it to me.

This is the best description of my justification for aas use that I have ever seen. You very eloquently put to words what I was not quite able to.

So many people don't understand why aas use is rampant, for some people I think they should have no business using aas in any way shape or form but to many they are a useful tool for achieving bodybuilding goals and when used correctly they pose limited health risks.
