how does one go about doing this- go down to a health food store ??

bro if your talking about ref b you can inject into the end of a capsule and take it then but the ref breaksdown the capsule pretty quick so they dont keep long

You should be able to get various sizes of empty gelcaps at your local health food store...

Then if you are talking ref b as the above stated, just inject the fluid in to the caps & swallow them down...that is what I do with my letrozole...works great !!

i was thinking some or the following - clomid , nolva and cialis

im lookin at 1ml/cap- is this even possible
