mass supplements

CELLtech and NITROtech...what else?

i find it pretty amazing that someone with 642 posts still hasnt come to the realization that food and proper training are the two biggest non-genetic determinants in your physique. There is not a supplement out there, short of creatine, that will affect your muscle and strength gains in the slightest. None. You could walk into GNC and buy a bottle or jug of every single product they sell, and it would not make even the slightest difference in your physique or training. Why do people still believe that there is some magic supplement or "stack" that nobody has told them about. I hate to break it to you, but it doesnt exist.

and not to be a dick, but why have you started 7 pages worth of slin, deca, test, and 5x5 routine threads? Calm down and read some stuff thats already out there. Youre making everything way more complicated than it needs to be. Eat, train intensely, sleep, and repeat for a while. Thats really it.

Creatine, a cortisol blocker like glutamine or a cheaper version like phosphatadylserine (OTC at any health food store) and protein, meat, meat and more meat.

**Remember that cortisol is not only produced by physical stress but also with mental stress as well.

a few studies are by no means the end all of anything, there can be any number of factors/motives that will skew the findings, but this is a good read

i can understand the logic in supplementing with glutamine while dieting (whether it makes the slightest difference though is beyond me), but theres no point in using it while youre eating over maintenence, and your hormone and immune systems are running at 100%.

no i was asking cause in a month and a half i am going to have my exams and i loose a lot of mass due to stress issues ,no rest ,i cant eat right etc and was wondering if glutamine would help cause if it wont i wouldnt bother to get it cause its too expensive to get here in egypt..thanks

i dont know how things work in egypt, but here, exams last a week. How much can you lose in a week?

Like i said...keep it simple...no need for glutamine because you have to take a few tests.

just eat while you study...cook a bunch of food before you start studying and have it last you all week.
