Well a pill can only contain 850mg of raws which means that like Gear its delivery per serving is like taking 30g of protein. Gear has more complete profile and offers health benefits from the bovine serum.

If you think about it this is impossible. you can't change the mass of 30grams. Ever seen a 1 gram ibuprofen or any 1 gram supplement pill? Imagine that times 30. Only way there is 30 grams per pill is if it is a suppository. Personally I would rather my protein went the opposite gastrointestinal route...
